I found this site (and their quiz) interesting.

I’d encountered the idea of two-dimensional (or higher) political landscapes before, and in a very similar form: Bart Kasko outlined a square of liberal vs. conservative against populist vs. libertarian.

For the curious, I ended up being Left and Libertarian

Update: Here’s something I wrote up to my coworker who originally sent me this quiz:
It is an interesting observation that the people nominally in favor of giving you the most control over your money also want to have the most control over what you are allowed to do with it; while those that want to take a bigger chunk for reallocation generally care less what you do with what you have left. Odd bedfellows...

I've taken this test too. It's accurate for the most part. But I don't see myself as that authoritarian. I'm a champion of the rule of law so long as the law is fair and just (U.S. Constitution). It's dead on as far as my economics.

No suprises...

...I plotted much as you did, but I was a tad more conservative.

Took the test

and was further left (big surprise), and about as Liberatarian as you are.

My problem is the more liberties you give other people, the more they feel they can invade your life.
