a little nervous about the logistics of the
trip — this will be the first time

a fair bit of documentation and preparation.
On top of that, the friends
I'm going down with are both
on recumbent bikes, and I'm not quite
sure how we're planning on getting all
three bikes onto my car. Hmm.
Finally, I really don't like crowds,
and I'm hearing numbers like 10000
or 15000 (yes, ten to fifteen
cyclists, let alone support personnel.
They tell us to expect it to take over
an hour just to get everyone across the
start line. Eeek.
